298 days; feeling positive 

I must be startling to feel better mentally as I woke up today and set up my yoga mat to do a very quick work out before training. My head feels like it is in the right space now Pan Pacs is over and I can focus on my now and not where I wanted to be. Progress. Positive progress. 

5×20 crunches
5×10 kettle bell swings
30 squats with kettle bell
20 push ups
5×10 bicycle crunches
1 minute plank

Last nights roll with a goal seemed to work for the most part but still needs a lot of work.
